Where we
pull cable.

We're a local crew covering the I-5 corridor from Federal Way through Seattle to Everett and Mukilteo, and across the ferry to South Whidbey Island. We install, manage and repair networks for apartment complexes, HOAs, offices and small businesses. If your town isn't listed below, ask anyway. If we can get there, we'll do the job.

AREA-01

Network installation in Federal Way

Federal Way and the South King County cities around it have many large apartment communities: a dozen or more wood-frame buildings spread across one property, with breezeways, exterior stairs and a leasing office at the front. One building's Wi-Fi isn't enough. We link the buildings into a single managed network, run cable along breezeways and eaves in color-matched raceway, and put access points where residents actually spend time, including pools, gyms and clubhouses.

We also set up staff and guest networks for offices, retail and restaurants along the Pacific Highway and I-5 corridor.

AREA-02

Network installation in Seattle

Seattle's older apartment buildings have brick, plaster and concrete walls that stop Wi-Fi cold, so one router in the office closet can't cover the building. We map each floor in our own planner, place access points where residents actually use them, and run new cable through conduit risers or clean surface raceway. Then we set up a dashboard so you can see every access point and device.

For newer buildings and offices, we handle structured cabling, Wi-Fi 6/7 upgrades and managed network subscriptions.

AREA-03

Everett & Mukilteo

Much of the multifamily housing in Everett and Mukilteo is garden-style: two- and three-story buildings with open-air walkways and stairwells. Our exterior raceway and riser work is built for exactly these properties. Cable runs along the walkways and eaves instead of through finished units, so residents barely notice we're there.

We also set up networks for offices, shops and light-industrial spaces around Paine Field and downtown Everett. If a building already has equipment that just doesn't perform, we'll upgrade and tune it instead of starting over.

AREA-04

Network installation on South Whidbey Island

South Whidbey is one ferry ride from Mukilteo, and we're on the island regularly. Properties here bring their own problems: buildings spread across large lots, older construction, and salt air and wind on everything mounted outside. We plan for that. Outdoor equipment goes in sealed, weatherproof enclosures, exterior cable runs in color-matched raceway or conduit, and buildings far apart are linked so the whole property runs as one network.

We work with rental communities, HOAs, inns and vacation rentals, plus the shops, restaurants and offices in Langley, Clinton and Freeland.

How a job works.

You don't need to book a site visit first. Send us a floorplan and a few photos from your phone and we'll come back with a plan and a rough number. When we come out, it's the same people who scoped the job. Every cable path is planned to the foot in our own software, and you get an itemized estimate before any work starts.
